Eligibility for Refund
Students who wish to withdraw their admission must submit a written application to the college office. The date on which the application is received will be considered for the calculation of the refund amount.
Mode of Refund

All refunds will be made through bank transfer or cheque in the name of the student or the parent/guardian as mentioned in the admission form.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
Cancellation by the College
In the rare case where a course is cancelled by the college due to unforeseen circumstances, the entire fee will be refunded to the student.
Special Cases
Requests for refunds beyond the stipulated time may be considered on humanitarian or medical grounds at the discretion of the college management, with proper documentation.
